The Hovering Concern
No cord, no outlet, no explanation. Maintains a fixed height of 1.2 m. Will follow you between rooms if a door is left open.
Sunbeam 9000
Emits light recorded yesterday afternoon. Brief delay between switching on and being illuminated. Do not use it to read a clock.
The Companion
Learns your routine and adjusts. Response time improving weekly. Has begun switching itself on before you enter a room. We consider this a success.
Arc Model 12
Reaches comfortably across an average room. Continues reaching if left unattended overnight. Ships with a tape measure and a warning.
Nightlight XL
Designed for children. Rated for adults. Produces a soft glow and a continuous low hum at the edge of hearing. The hum is included.
Model 14
Our most-returned lamp and our best seller, in that order. Every unit finds its way back to the floor. We stopped shipping it in March and sales have continued.
Filament Brew™
A coffee-adjacent beverage product, roasted on site because no external roaster would take the contract. Now 12% more legally coffee than last year. Served exclusively in the Lampshade Mug™.

Every lamp is covered. Coverage begins at purchase and does not end.
Lifetime warranty. Repairs are carried out on site, usually overnight, usually without a request being submitted. If your lamp is collected for service you will be informed afterwards.
— Cover30-day returns. Bring the lamp back within thirty days for a full refund. Returns are accepted at the counter and the lamp is placed back on the floor, where it remains available for purchase, sometimes to you.
— ReturnsModel 14. Not eligible for return, on the grounds that the return has already occurred. Customers who purchased a Model 14 are asked not to attempt a second return, as this has been shown to produce a third.
— ExclusionsDamage. Accidental damage is covered. Deliberate damage is covered. Damage caused by the lamp is covered and is our most common claim by a considerable margin.

Read before first switch-on. Most of this is common sense and one part of it is not.
Wipe the shade with a dry cloth. Do not wipe the beam. Several customers have attempted to wipe the beam and we would prefer to stop receiving the photographs.
— CleaningPosition at least 30 cm from soft furnishings, and at least 2 m from another Lamp Concern lamp unless you intend for them to be in contact.
— PlacementAll units are rated for continuous operation. There is no off state; the switch selects between "on" and "waiting". Both are safe.
— OperationDo not point any of our lamps at the ceiling. This is a group-wide policy (VG-PP-2026 r.4) and is not specific to lighting, though it began here.
— RestrictionsMeet the team.
